Contributor Guidelines
Contributor Guidelines:
The following guidelines apply to all contributors on Vibewire Portal. Please adhere to them to ensure that your articles get published without much delay.
The purpose of our guidelines is to establish a sound methodology and high standard that will be consistent amongst all our writers and artists.
Contributor Criteria (Refer to screen grab below)*:
- First Name & Last Name
- Nickname/Alias follows a first name & last name format
- Ensure that your real name or alias is displayed publically
* To access your profile, click on Manage on the top right corner of Portal and then click on Profile
Submission Criteria (See screenshot below):
- Article should be a final draft if submitted for review
- Must be within the word limit of 1000 words for general creative writing, 500 words for poetry.
- Must have an abstract (no more than 4-5 lines)
- Must have an accompanying picture (provide a link to your image in the Custom Field below)
- Add to relevant category or categories
- (optional) To improve search for your article, add necessary tags to link to your article
- Please provide references to any information (statistics, quotes etc.) sourced for your articles
- The contributor must take full responsibility for any evidence of plagiarism that is identified in a submission
